• The Service

  Being one of the very few old time licenced builders and designers left within the industry who has kept up with most MODERN Building Practices.  We, together, can combine the skills of early building design and practices with the latest trends and modern design methods to complete what YOU really want and can afford.

• The Practice

  At trade cost to you with NO Builder Profit margin will save you no less than 1/3 of the actual cost of your proposed new works.

• The following example,

  Should the estimated REAL cost including all fees and charges along with Drafting Plans, Specifications and Council Building Approval be $30,000, I can save you at least $10,000 by intelligent design , at cost Materials and Labour and NO PROFIT MARGIN!

• The Inspections

  To assist you during the construction process, I will take an inspection of the works ( other than the obligatory inspections by the certifying body )  should you feel the need or are concerned with any aspect of work you feel uncertain or unfamiliar with . This on site inspection  fee of $170 will cover travelling and other costs.
